About the role
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with deep expertise in finance regulation to join our global technology team. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting cross‑border leasing, asset finance and financing transactions that underpin next‑generation AI and digital infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on financial regulation for global leasing and asset finance activities.
- Support international transactions, licensing arrangements and regulatory change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and senior business stakeholders.
- Help shape the regulatory strategy for innovative AI‑driven and infrastructure financing.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in financial regulatory, banking, leasing or asset finance law.
- Background in private practice and/or in‑house legal teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven international experience.
