Senior Manager, International Strategy & Operations – Commerce (French Speaking)

About the role

Whatnot is building the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. We are looking for a senior manager to shape post‑purchase strategy and operations for our commerce ecosystem, working closely with product, engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive post‑purchase operational strategy, ensuring scalable, high‑quality user experiences.
• Translate operational data and user insights into roadmaps, priorities and measurable initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from problem definition through execution, maintaining alignment and accountability.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems and operating models to support rapid growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing data‑driven recommendations and trade‑off analyses.
• Continuously assess performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience and user experience.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (consulting, finance, general management, operations).
• Proven track record developing and executing strategies that scale operations in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment with ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
