Senior Procurement Advisor – Capital Projects & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Advisor to join our Capital Projects & Infrastructure consulting team in Dublin. The role will focus on large‑scale public procurements for construction and infrastructure programmes, providing strategic guidance and overseeing procurement execution.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement strategy and execution for major capital projects.
• Develop, implement and manage procurement plans, competitive processes and contract negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate procurement and commercial risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct market analysis to assess supplier capacity, capability and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU public procurement regulations.
• Review supplier performance and manage contract administration.

Required profile

• Significant experience in large‑scale public procurement, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Technical qualifications in engineering, procurement, construction or law/contract management.
• Strong commercial acumen and interest in procurement matters related to capital projects.
• Proven ability to work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
