Senior Project Manager – Project & Development Services

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is expanding its Project & Development Services team in Dublin and seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead fit‑out commercial office projects. You will act as the main liaison between clients, property managers and internal project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate project reports, drawing reviews and progress updates across all phases – conceptual, schematic, design development and construction.
• Select, contract and oversee consultants and construction teams, integrating M.E.P. and other specialist inputs.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, providing advice to account and facility managers.
• Supervise Project Managers, Space Planners and CAD Operators, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation, obtain approvals and report major issues with recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in fit‑out project management, architecture, engineering, building surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage commercial office fit‑out projects for large client accounts.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, senior managers and multidisciplinary teams.
