Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead residential development projects in the Greater Dublin Area. The role involves overseeing projects from design through construction to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site and project teams to deliver residential developments safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, including programme, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
• Manage key stakeholders such as design teams, subcontractors, authorities, and client representatives.
• Oversee commercial performance, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and margin protection.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, BCAR and quality standards across all project stages.
• Manage project delivery from design through construction, handover and client completion stages.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience.
• Tier 1/2 main‑contractor experience at Project Manager or Contracts Manager level.
• Managed contracts valued between €10 m and €50 m.
• Fast‑track design/build experience in high‑density apartment delivery is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health & safety, quality standards and team culture.

• Competitive salary range €95,000 – €115,000 per year.
