Senior Technical Specialist (HotelTech – PMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to lead complex hotel‑technology projects and provide top‑tier technical support for our Property Management Software. You will work closely with product, development and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementations and integrations across the hospitality ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑property PMS implementations and large‑scale go‑lives.
• Troubleshoot advanced L3 issues across PMS, channel managers and OTA integrations.
• Manage OTA connectivity with Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, SiteMinder and similar platforms.
• Investigate API logs, identify root causes and coordinate fixes with development.
• Oversee data import, migration and ETL projects.
• Monitor platform health proactively and create technical documentation and playbooks.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level technical specialists.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, implementation engineering or system configuration within a SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience with hotel PMS and OTA/channel manager integrations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise‑scale implementations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, especially with API logs.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is a plus.
