Shop Floor Assistant – Retail Stock & Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for a Shop Floor Assistant to keep our store shelves fully stocked, well presented and compliant with hygiene standards. You will work across the shop floor, rotating and facing stock while supporting the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise, rotate and face‑off all stock in the assigned department.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout the store.
• Process orders for various departments and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Implement correct labelling and stock rotation procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on layout changes and ensure they are executed.
• Keep the back‑store tidy, organized and properly packed away.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Full‑time permanent role (Monday‑Friday) with set shift patterns (08:00‑16:00 or 09:00‑17:00).
