Site Administrator – Residential Construction

About the role
Glenveagh is seeking a Site Administrator to support a residential project in Wilkinsons Brook, County Dublin. You will be the hub of the site office, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication between the site team and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the site office.
- Perform general administrative duties for the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distributing meeting minutes and actions.
- Conduct document control: create packages, collate documents for the site team and assist sub‑contractors with queries.
- Liaise with the Procurement department.
- Manage anomalies and record hours in TAG, ensuring clarity before payroll every two weeks.
- Report weekly and monthly data to site teams, key stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all public and stakeholder interactions.
- Undertake other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Third‑level qualification in a technical discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or a related area.
- Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role.
- Full understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction sequences of works.
- Technically strong with excellent communication skills.
