Site Administrator – Residential Construction

About the role
Glenveagh is seeking a proactive Site Administrator to support a residential project in Wilkinsons Brook, County Dublin. You will be the hub of the site office, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication between the site team and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the site office.
- Perform general administrative duties for the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distributing meeting minutes and action items.
- Conduct document control: create packages, collate documents for the site team and assist sub‑contractors with queries.
- Liaise with the Procurement department.
- Manage anomalies and cost hours in TAG, ensuring clarity before each payroll cycle.
- Report weekly and monthly data to site teams, key stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain a professional image in all dealings with the public and stakeholders.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required by the company.
Required profile
- Third‑level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction environment.
- Full understanding of Building Control Regulations, Code of Practice and construction sequence of works.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
