Site Manager – Construction Project in Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations on a major construction project in Dublin. The role involves leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, and delivering the project safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Project oversight – manage all on‑site activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Health & safety compliance – enforce safety standards in line with Irish legislation such as the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act.
• Subcontractor coordination – schedule, supervise and evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Quality control – ensure all work meets required specifications and industry standards.
• Reporting & documentation – maintain site records, progress reports and compliance documentation.
• Stakeholder communication – liaise with clients, architects, engineers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and Dublin planning requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates.
