Site Manager – Construction Project in Sandyford

About the role

Comer Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on a major construction development in Sandyford, South Dublin. You will be responsible for ensuring that all on‑site activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and welfare protocols to protect all personnel.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and any delays are mitigated.
• Control site resources, optimise manpower, and monitor material usage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a foreman or site supervisory role.
• Trade qualification relevant to construction.
• Valid Safepass and recent Manual Handling training.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
