Site Manager / Senior Site Manager – Dublin

About the role

Our client, a leading main contractor in Ireland, is looking for experienced Site Managers and Senior Site Managers to join their Dublin team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑profile residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Ensure projects meet safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the build.
• Implement and uphold health and safety procedures.
• Manage site logistics and programme requirements.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and design teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background delivering large‑scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
• Full driving licence.
