Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a high‑profile data centre construction project in Dublin. You will lead daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and drawings.
• Monitor health and safety compliance across all site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Track progress and report updates to the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Maintain quality standards throughout construction.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage materials on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large‑scale construction projects.
• Previous experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and quality control.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Relevant trade background or construction qualification preferred.
