Sr. Financial Analyst

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in Cork. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site each week, and focuses on driving sales growth, margin improvement, and strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support new product introductions and business case financials, providing scenario modelling and acting as the financial gatekeeper for innovations.
• Track post‑launch performance and key performance indicators.
• Analyse quarter‑end and year‑end results, identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to long‑range planning, data consolidation, reporting and alignment with the business unit’s strategic roadmap.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects, improve financial and operational reporting, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain overlap with US business hours for cross‑regional collaboration.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in an international FMCG, consumer electronics or PC environment.
• University degree (HES or equivalent) and fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with ESS base.
• Experience using Oracle financial systems.
