About the role
Serenity Care is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its team in County Wicklow. The role involves delivering person‑centred nursing care to clients with disabilities in residential and home settings, helping them live safely and confidently in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, person‑centred nursing care in disability, residential and home environments.
- Assess client needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor health status.
- Administer medication and liaise with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Travel to community and home visits, supporting flexible outreach as required.
- Maintain professional standards, infection control, safeguarding, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Based in Ireland.
- Registered Nurse.
- Experience in disability, residential or home care services.
- Full, valid driver’s licence.
