About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking qualified Staff Nurses who want control over their schedule and the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical settings in Ireland. You will choose the shifts that suit your lifestyle, whether short‑term assignments or ongoing placements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in hospitals, community care, and private facilities.
• Adapt to different shift patterns, including long day, short day, night, and sleep‑over shifts.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum six months post‑registration nursing experience in Ireland.
• Strong clinical and professional nursing skills.
• Additional post‑registration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Irish, EU, UK citizenship or valid Stamp 4 permission to work in Ireland.
