Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Cork)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship high‑street fashion store in Cork. You will be responsible for overall store performance, team leadership and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Full responsibility for store sales, profitability and KPI delivery.
• Lead, inspire and develop a large in‑store team including managers and supervisors.
• Drive exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced fashion retail environment.
• Use sales data and fashion trends to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent.
• Ensure operational excellence across all areas of store performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Manager in high‑street fashion retail.
• Track record of delivering strong commercial results in a high‑footfall environment.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, product and visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Hands‑on, energetic and motivating management style.
