About the role

As a Store Manager you will do more than oversee daily operations – you will shape a high‑performing team, build a welcoming culture and drive the success of a brand‑new store in Galway Gateway. Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of baristas and retail staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of product quality.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to meet sales targets.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and drive profitability.
• Plan and execute staff scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain store appearance, health and safety compliance, and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a coffee or food‑service environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
