Strategic New Business Executive – SMB (Spanish Market)

About the role

TikTok is seeking a Strategic New Business Executive to drive growth of its Small & Medium Business (SMB) advertising portfolio in the Spanish market. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with the SMB team to identify, engage and onboard new advertisers, helping them achieve their marketing objectives on the TikTok platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and convert a high‑volume pipeline of new advertisers across Spain through proactive outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, events).
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads platform, focusing on speed to engagement and pipeline velocity.
• Execute structured multi‑channel outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities in priority verticals.
• Develop a strong understanding of TikTok Ads solutions and demonstrate early client success through pilot campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of new clients for long‑term success.
• Consistently exceed activity, conversion and revenue targets while delivering a best‑in‑class advertiser experience.
• Represent TikTok’s products, brand and values in every client interaction.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in sales, business development or lead generation, preferably in digital media or SaaS.
• High oral and written fluency in Spanish.
• Proven track record of building pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi‑channel outreach.
• Metrics‑driven mindset comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and attention to detail when handling client data.
• Passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow.

Required skills

• Understanding of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).
