About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Manager to lead its Talent Solutions team in France and the broader EMEA SMB/MM segment. Based in Dublin, you will build and coach a high‑performing group of Account Executives, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Go‑To‑Market plan for the French region, aligning the team around a compelling vision.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Account Executives, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Drive prospecting, pipeline generation, and quota attainment through hands‑on involvement in customer meetings and complex deals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene, ensuring reliable deal reviews.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to share market insights and scale best practices.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, psychological safety, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS or talent‑solutions environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
