Tax Lawyer – International Tax & Corporate Advisory

About the role

Our client, a leading Irish corporate law firm, is looking for a Tax Lawyer to join its Dublin team. The position provides exposure to high‑value, cross‑border tax advisory and transactional work for multinational corporates and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on international tax and cross‑border planning, including corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, demergers and IPOs with tax structuring and advice.
• Handle tax controversy and transfer‑pricing matters.
• Provide tax input on capital markets, structured finance and private‑equity transactions.
• Contribute to asset and project finance tax work, including aircraft and equipment finance.
• Assist with real‑estate tax matters and engage directly with high‑profile domestic and international clients.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor with up to 6 years’ post‑qualification experience in a corporate law firm and strong tax exposure.
• Qualified solicitor holding a professional tax or accounting qualification.
• Strong technical ability combined with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
