Team Member – Full‑time Restaurant Role

About the role

Join Sprout as a Team Member in Monkstown, where you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and keeps the restaurant running smoothly. No prior experience is required – we’ll train you on everything from food prep to point‑of‑sale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparing fresh ingredients and setting up the service line each shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized restaurant environment.
• Operate the till, handle toppings and mixes, and ensure every dish meets quality standards.
• Provide warm, genuine service, answering customer questions and recommending menu items.
• Support food‑safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety procedures throughout the day.

Required profile

• Good level of English to understand instructions and communicate with guests.
• Curious, eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Reliable – punctual and proud of delivering a good job.
• Positive, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
