Technical Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, overseeing projects from planning and design through to successful completion and commissioning. The role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and to specification while aligning with corporate strategic intent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project delivery across schedule, cost, variations, contracts and risk.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan in line with the Contracting Entity’s standards.
• Manage the relationship with the Airport Transformation Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate design consultants, organise design review meetings and communicate design acceptance or changes.
• Maintain task trackers (RACI), risk registers and monthly progress reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of project standards, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams, external service providers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
