Technical Sourcer – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This remote Technical Sourcer position supports a partner company in Ireland, focusing on identifying and engaging top technology professionals for global opportunities. You will work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high‑quality technical talent.
• Use LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Create engaging job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate information through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and motivated personality.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and talent pipeline management.
