Training & Recruitment Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Training & Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and learning initiatives across our pubs, restaurants and hotels. You will shape the customer experience by ensuring teams are hired, onboarded and continuously developed to the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage peak‑period hiring.
• Run end‑to‑end recruitment cycles: sourcing, interviewing, selecting and onboarding.
• Design and deliver onboarding and service‑focused training programs aligned with group SOPs.
• Coordinate compliance, safety and mandatory hospitality training.
• Support leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting and training in hospitality (hotel, pub, restaurant or similar).
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to operational schedules.
