Video Collection Analyst

About the role

The Video Collection Analyst supports Stats Perform’s live coding capability by capturing and preparing video from sporting events. Working with the Video Team and international staff, you will ensure games are recorded, formatted and available for live or post‑coding worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily recording schedules using bespoke software tools.
• Capture and prepare video in the correct format for production teams.
• Provide daily reports, handover documents and incident logs.
• Conduct weekly hardware checks on video equipment.
• Ensure international offices can code both live and post from Limerick.
• Communicate regularly with global video teams to maintain high capture rates.
• Work flexible weekends as required.

Required profile

• Leaving Cert qualification or equivalent.
• Strong interest in professional sports, especially rugby and football.
• Accurate planning and foresight abilities.
• Clear communication with global video teams.
• Ability to produce error‑free work under tight deadlines in a live environment.
• Excellent written, communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with TV, satellite and online streaming services.
