Visual Merchandiser - 40 Hours, Cork

About the role

MANGO is looking for a Visual Merchandiser for its store in Cork (Patrick Street), working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility required. The role keeps the store image attractive and commercial, following Mango standards to maximise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the store image attractive and commercial at all times
• Apply the visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• Perform store changes quickly and in an orderly way
• Optimise selling space using tools to analyse and calculate profitability
• Monitor sales figures and performance indicators and adapt product measures and store layout to sales results
• Know the customer profile, product potential and competitor strategies
• Ensure replenishment and additional orders so the store has the right product
• Communicate with the team about new products and merchandising changes and suggest solutions for out-of-stock garments
• Report regularly to management and support them with specific managerial store duties

Required profile

• Solid merchandising experience in a fashion environment
• Results-driven and sales-oriented, with a passion for fashion
• Great communication skills, able to work well alone and in a team
• Able to prioritise, adapt and work under pressure with strict deadlines and short notice
