Web Platform Developer (Automation & Integrations)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Platform Developer to design, build and maintain high‑quality WordPress‑based websites and digital platforms. The role combines front‑end development, system integrations, workflow automation and AI‑enabled features to improve both user experiences and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain responsive, accessible WordPress sites using modern front‑end technologies.
• Translate Figma designs into performant web pages and reusable component libraries.
• Create custom WordPress functionality, including themes, plugins, Custom Post Types and dynamic content systems.
• Design and implement integrations with CRM, marketing automation, payment processors and analytics platforms via REST APIs, webhooks and third‑party services.
• Build automated workflows that connect internal tools across marketing, sales and operations.
• Integrate AI services such as chatbots or knowledge assistants to enhance user experience and internal tooling.
• Optimize performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, page speed), manage hosting, CDN, DNS and deployment processes (e.g., Cloudflare).
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in WordPress development and modern front‑end stacks.
• Proven ability to translate design mock‑ups into clean, responsive code.
• Experience building API‑based integrations and automating business workflows.
• Familiarity with AI integration concepts and tools.
• Commitment to performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Team‑player mindset with good communication skills.
