Wedding Consultant – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established hotel outside Dublin city centre to find an experienced Wedding Consultant. You will own the entire wedding journey, acting as the primary contact for couples from their first enquiry through to the wedding day and handover to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for couples, guiding them through every stage of the planning process.
• Promote the hotel’s brand and ensure all interactions meet the highest service standards.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting tailored wedding packages and upgrades.
• Prepare quotations, manage budgets, issue contracts, track deposits and handle invoicing.
• Coordinate timelines, room setups, menus, suppliers and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and financial agreements.
• Meet and support the couple on the wedding day and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience as a Senior Wedding Executive or similar role.
• Strong commercial focus with a desire for ownership and progression.
