Workday Financials Architect – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a senior Workday Financials Architect to lead complex, multi‑module implementations for our EMEA clients. The role involves partnering with customers to translate finance‑technology strategy into robust Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert on Workday Financial modules across the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning to stabilization.
• Design, configure, test and deploy business requirements for multiple Workday Financial modules.
• Lead large, concurrent projects for a global customer base, managing scope, quality, timeline and communication.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, propose recommendations and ensure alignment with regulatory and statutory needs.
• Provide guidance on integration points, dependencies and best practices across Workday modules.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Workday Financial solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, data strategy and global regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive high client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
