Account Executive, New Business Sales (French, English)

About the role

As an Account Executive in New Business Sales, you will work with a diverse range of advertising companies, helping them adopt Google’s advertising solutions to grow their businesses. You will act as the face of Google for small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises, listening to client needs and shaping strategies that reach thousands or millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and collaboration with sales development, onboarding, agency, and marketing teams.
• Consult clients on achieving online marketing and business goals using Google’s suite of products (YouTube, Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Display Network, etc.).
• Pitch, negotiate, and close advertising agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of new‑business sales experience with a record of exceeding quota.
• Fluent in English and French for client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate within a team.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
