Account Executive, SMB (French Speaking)

About the role

The Account Executive for SMB will focus on French‑speaking customers, combining relationship management with revenue expansion. You will work in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, handling a large portfolio of accounts and driving growth for Docusign’s agreement cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Engage existing Docusign clients programmatically to nurture relationships and uncover incremental revenue opportunities.
• Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology, assessing client fit and success criteria.
• Present Docusign’s value proposition, linking it to key business challenges of the client.
• Expand the solution beyond initial implementation by upselling additional products, services, and partner solutions.
• Process sales orders, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, product, and marketing teams.
• Recruit customers for participation in Docusign and partner events.
• Provide accurate reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account information and leads in the CRM system.
• Act as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven success in a SaaS technology sales role with a track record of driving growth.
• Strong relationship‑building and revenue‑expansion capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor reporting to the SMB Manager.
