Account Manager – Digital Advertising Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a fast‑growing digital advertising platform based in the Cork region. The role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring they maximise the value of our app‑based advertising solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage the platform effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive incremental revenue within existing accounts.
• Lead pricing discussions, communicate value and manage price adjustments.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
• Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in digital advertising or technology.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable discussing pricing strategies and handling objections.
• Understanding of app‑based advertising and digital marketing solutions.
• Experience engaging senior‑level decision‑makers both in person and virtually.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
