About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin Support professional to join our construction team in Navan. The role provides day‑to‑day administrative assistance to project managers and site crews, ensuring smooth documentation, scheduling and coordination.
Key responsibilities
- General administrative support to office and site teams.
- Manage project documentation, filing and record keeping.
- Process invoices, purchase orders and timesheets.
- Coordinate supplier and subcontractor paperwork.
- Assist with health & safety and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in construction or electrical contracting.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Salary €35‑40k per year.
- Parking available.
