Agency Sales Manager - French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Agency Sales Manager who is fluent in French to lead and expand a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers across several European markets. The role focuses on onboarding agency partners to Pinterest, guiding them to launch successful campaigns and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers.
• Drive agency acquisition, activation and revenue growth on Pinterest.
• Create scalable onboarding and enablement programs for agency partners.
• Improve processes, identify growth opportunities and implement best practices.
• Hire, retain and nurture top talent within the team.
• Collaborate closely with agencies to ensure long‑term success on the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or business‑development teams.
• Strong understanding of the digital‑marketing and agency landscape.
• Track record of meeting targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRM or reporting tools.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
