Architect – Commercial Projects (2 positions) – Dublin

About the role

IT Staff is recruiting two architects to lead commercial design projects across Ireland. You will work on office, retail, hospitality and mixed‑use schemes that will shape the country’s built environment for years to come.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, fit‑out, refurbishment and new‑build projects for a diverse commercial portfolio.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation.
• Drive projects from concept through to completion, both in the office and on‑site.
• Work alongside a skilled design team to deliver innovative, high‑quality commercial spaces.

Required profile

• MRIAI registration with 5–10 years post‑graduation experience, including project and site management.
• Strong design and technical drawing abilities, proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover.
• Professional qualification in Architecture and full MRIAI registration.
