Architect – Medium & Large Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our established studio team. The role involves working on medium to large‑scale, often complex residential and commercial projects across all design phases.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings from planning through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers and design managers.
• Engage directly with clients, presenting design solutions and managing expectations.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure design intent is maintained on‑site.
• Apply current Technical Guidance Documents (Part B, BC(A)R) throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with 5‑7 years post‑graduate experience.
• Proven experience delivering medium and large‑scale projects in a client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Full permission to work in Ireland and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Competence in producing construction‑stage drawings.
• Familiarity with current TGD’s, especially Part B and BC(A)R.
• Site experience on complex projects.
