Architect / Senior Architect – Hybrid Role in West Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architect to join a leading contractor in West Dublin. The role offers hybrid working, on‑site parking and the chance to influence data‑centre, life‑sciences and technology projects from the earliest design stages.

Key responsibilities

• Assess architectural packages and propose smarter construction solutions.
• Collaborate with external designers on detailed design development.
• Evaluate construction methods, temporary works and programme impacts.
• Prepare subcontract packages and review technical/commercial submissions.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Registered Architect with RIAI or RIBA membership.
• 10+ years of architectural experience, preferably on medium‑large scale projects.
• Thorough understanding of current building regulations.
• Recent site experience; contractor or developer background is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
