Assembler – Electronics & Hardware Production

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Assembler to join our production floor, where you will build electronic and hardware systems from component parts to finished products. You will work closely with supervisors and the manufacturing team to meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications and bills of materials (BOMs) before starting work.
- Gather and verify all required parts, sub‑assemblies, tools and materials.
- Unpack chassis and components, prepare them for production, and assemble systems ensuring proper fit and secure fastening.
- Scan component serial numbers into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for traceability.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
- Apply labels, perform visual inspections, and package finished products according to BOM and shipping requirements.
- Maintain an ESD‑safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
- Support production schedules, overtime, floor audits, cycle counts and inventory activities.
- Follow 5S principles to keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or college coursework is a plus.
- Previous assembly experience in electronics, computer hardware or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and control documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Use of hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for tracking.
- Knowledge of ESD‑safe handling procedures.
