Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The K Club is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the delivery of exceptional service across all F&B outlets at our luxury resort. You will work closely with the Director of F&B to maintain high standards, resolve guest issues, and drive team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent service standards across all food and beverage outlets.
• Handle guest comments, complaints, and queries to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversee accurate billing and processing through resort systems.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
• Maintain team morale through coaching, motivation, and recognition.
• Enforce uniform, grooming, and behavioural standards.
• Publish rosters aligned with business levels and manage shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire procedures, and resort policies.
• Communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar F&B supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, standards‑driven and motivated to progress within the luxury market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
