About the role
The Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join its bustling Dublin City Centre bar. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑of‑house service, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Support the GM and team in managing bar operations, stock, and staffing.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with guests.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an Irish bar.
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Ambitious, friendly, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry.
