Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and results‑driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success and exceptional customer experiences. In this full‑time position you will act as the backbone of daily store operations, lead a high‑performing team and ensure the store runs smoothly in the manager’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data, KPIs and customer feedback to drive commercial decisions and meet sales targets.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies, visual merchandising and product displays.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team, providing clear communication, feedback and regular development conversations.
• Act as a Pandora brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering personalised selling ceremonies and resolving escalated customer issues.
• Manage daily operational tasks including rotas, stock control, till operations, health & safety, security and compliance.

• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for people development.
• Proactive, organised and able to make data‑driven commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to cover 39 hours per week.
