About the role
AECOM is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead data centre and colocation facility projects from concept through commissioning. Based in Dublin, you will work on mission‑critical infrastructure that supports essential services and drives digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client‑facing data centre projects, managing multiple concurrent programmes.
- Drive revenue growth by delivering high‑quality projects that encourage repeat business.
- Maintain targeted profit margins and avoid financial write‑downs.
- Identify and mitigate Risk Triggering Factors (RTFs) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead complex client engagements and technically demanding projects.
- Guide project teams in risk identification and mitigation, minimizing contractual exposure.
- Supervise and mentor Project Managers handling large‑scale programmes.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working towards Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBA or Engineers Ireland.
- Membership or affiliation with the Association for Project Management (APM) is an advantage.
