Attraction Manager – Tourism, Hospitality & Adventure Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Attraction Manager to lead one of Ireland’s most unique tourism, hospitality and adventure operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day performance across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Carlingford Adventure Centre, Skypark Carlingford and Carlingford Holiday Homes.
• Support and develop managers and supervisors in activities, hospitality, accommodation, housekeeping, retail, guest services and maintenance.
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Manage staffing rotas, resources and commercial performance, including budget monitoring.
• Oversee major events, festivals and seasonal attractions.
• Act as Duty Manager on the leadership rota.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex, customer‑focused environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound operational judgement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
