Bar & Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bar & Restaurant Operations Manager who thrives on being present on the floor, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead side‑by‑side with staff, solve problems in real time, and ensure smooth, efficient service across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide active oversight of front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, bar operations, and event delivery through a consistent on‑floor presence.
• Engage directly with customers to monitor service quality and uphold brand standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and coach staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered environment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll to match service demands.
• Drive revenue growth by supporting sales initiatives, promoting upselling, and implementing cost‑control measures.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, stock control, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and support event execution.
