Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and other beverages to high standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and seating.
• Follow health, safety, and food‑handling procedures at all times.
• Continuously learn product knowledge and upsell promotions.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and a desire to develop hospitality skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Operation of coffee machines and related equipment.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale experience.
