Bilingual Channel Account Manager – Arabic (MEA)

About the role

Keeper is looking for a bilingual Arabic‑speaking Channel Account Manager to join its EMEA Channel Sales team. Based in Ireland, the role can be hybrid for candidates near Cork or fully remote for those farther away. You will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through existing and new channel partners across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage relationships with value‑added resellers, distributors, system integrators and strategic software partners in the MEA region.
• Act as the primary liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners, including Ingram Micro MEA.
• Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline, coordinating Keeper’s support, service and management resources to meet partner performance goals.
• Sell Keeper solutions through partner organizations, aligning with partner sales teams to reach end‑users.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives for each partner account.
• Manage channel‑direct sales conflicts by fostering clear communication between teams.
• Ensure partner compliance with Keeper’s channel programs and agreements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Permanent residence in Ireland.
• Strong motivation, results‑driven attitude and a solid network within the MEA channel ecosystem.
• Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
