BIM Coordinator / Lead – Architectural Design Studio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator or Lead to drive BIM coordination across our award‑winning architectural projects in Dublin. The role will shape digital workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and mentor our design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for architectural projects.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Ensure compliance with Irish building and planning regulations.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to integrate BIM workflows.
• Support and mentor internal design teams on BIM processes.
• Conduct model audits and quality‑control checks.
• Champion digital innovation and best practices across the studio.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a BIM Coordinator or Lead role.
• Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of Irish building and planning regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
