About the role

Join the team at Trump International Doonbeg as a Breakfast Manager, overseeing the morning dining experience for guests in a world‑class resort on the Wild Atlantic Way. You will lead a dedicated crew, ensuring every breakfast service meets five‑star standards while contributing to a supportive and vibrant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional breakfast service.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, set performance expectations and uphold high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and readiness of all dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front‑desk, spa and golf departments to enhance overall guest experience.
• Gather and act on guest feedback to continuously improve the breakfast offering.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a high‑end hospitality or hotel setting.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest demands.
