About the role

Access is seeking a Business Development Specialist to accelerate its expansion into new markets, particularly within the healthcare sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Win new clients and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch Access into new geographic regions.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships.
